2009 was a great year for all connected to the website Phil being constantly in the International Country Playlist top 200 chart with his songs receiving airplay worldwide.Closer to home special thanks to Stephen Doherty at Inishowen Community Radio,Jimmy Neary at Shades of Green,DundalkFM Radio and Sean Green The Irish Connection Radio show for spinning Phils Cds on a regular basis.We are showcasing many other artists on the website including Sound Affair a top class Country Trio based in Mayo,and Amanda Nugurney,from Buffalo New York State USA.Listen to these artists in the new artist section in the site menu

 WOW an amazing 14 months since start of 2009. Over 100 radio stations across Europe including Poland ,Spain ,Sweden ,Germany,Belgium,Norway,France Denmark and The Netherlands  have added Phils Cds to their playlists.Also dozens of Stations in USA, Australia , New Zealand and Canada also have Phils songs featuring in their playlists See the credit list in the menu for details of the stations. Irish / Country popping up in Europe.Thanks also to the Irish radio stations  featuring Phils songs ,again see the credit section on this site .

Much of this surge in interest is down to The Hillcrest 47 album released in Canada and sent to over 600 radio stations worldwide,Phil has the song SAY YOU LOVE ME on this album ,and the song has charted in many of the radio playlists , hitting Number 1 in the Queen of Country charts on March 26th.Since then Phils songs are appearing in the top 50 on many radio station playlists.As at end of June Phil is still in the Top 5 on the Queen of Country chart.

Phil is also featuring on the February 2010 Hillcrest Records compilation album with the ever popular song MY LOVELY ROSE OF CLARE

 This website has only been fully operational since the 15th of December 2008 , and we are simply overwhelmed by the response .We have received well over 145,000 hits in this short space of time ,and the visits are increasing day on day .We are receiving visits from America,Canada,Australia as well as the 1000s from UK and Ireland every week .Our guest book and E Mail inbox have been inundated,we are trying to respond to every one who has contacted us,please be careful to leave the correct E Mail address.

If you are a visitor from outside the UK.Please take a moment to leave a message in the guest book,stating where you are from.We are receiving many E Mails,from The USA and Australia in particular,who have links to various parts of Ireland,asking for information,on friends and long lost family,it would be lovely if we could reunite any long lost friends .We have also given some of our American friends details of how to log in to Radio stations in Ireland.so as they can keep in touch with the homeland.We were in fact E Mailed from the USA on a Sunday recently to someone who was tuned in to Jimmy Neary and the Shades of Green Show on Dundalk FM,and after hearing Phil singing Las Vegas in The Hills of Donegal,purchased multiple CDs for friends in the States.[Thanks Jimmy ,we owe you a drink lol ]
